Meet Naushabah Khan: A Labour councillor since 2015. Championing change for Gillingham & Rainham. Dedicated to building a brighter future for all.

When Naushabah’s family moved to the UK in the 1970’s they put down roots in Gillingham. Since then, her family have been embedded in this community, it is the place she was born and raised, and the place she calls home.

Through the  encouragement of her family, who always valued hard work, education and ambition, and the support of a Labour government, she became the first person in her family to go to university. After which she followed a career in business and most recently worked for a national charity tackling homelessness.

A Gillingham councillor since 2015 she has shown her unwavering passion and commitment to fight for change by representing the place she loves. Naushabah is now standing to be your Member of Parliament because she knows Gillingham and Rainham deserves better. Recognising that the Conservatives have damaged this country and neglected the people of Gillingham and Rainham, she wants change.

Ambitious for the future and pledging to be a strong voice in parliament, tackling these issues head on, Naushabah will create new opportunities and dedicate herself to building a brighter future for everyone she serves.
