I’m pleased to share that Rainham’s Banking Hub opened its doors to the community this morning in its temporary home. Since being elected last year, I’ve been determined to deliver on this pledge, and it’s great to see it become a reality.
The hub provides everyday banking services for customers of major banks and offers community banking support. The Community Banker Schedule is as follows:
Monday – Lloyds
Tuesday – Halifax
Wednesday – NatWest
Thursday – Barclays (starting 6/11)
Friday HSBC – (start date TBC)
Cash Access UK are in the process of finalising the permanent location for the hub, and I will keep residents updated on the progress and launch of the official site.
