This morning we launched the Gillingham Town Centre Action Plan, bringing together local residents, businesses and stakeholders to discuss how we can improve our town centre. I’d like to thank everyone who contributed to developing this strategic plan, which provides a clear vision for the transformation of the town centre in the coming years. Working alongside Medway Council, local businesses and residents, it’s now time to deliver its recommendations.
