After raising their issue in parliament and securing a ministerial meeting with Alex Norris MP, it was great to welcome the Friends of the Flying Saucer campaign team to parliament to discuss their journey and next steps to get the pub into community hands.
It was a successful meeting, and I look forward to working with the campaign team, Medway Council and other stakeholders going forward to save this valuable local.
